As a Custom Care client, we’ll work closely with you from the very beginning to plan a bespoke care programme that’s based on your own, specific requirements. Whether you receiving elderly or disability care, or we’re placing a respite carer as interim cover, our ultimate goal to ensure your independence while we make those day-to-day tasks around the home a little bit easier.

It’s vital that our clients play a role in how their care is decided. In close consultation with our clients, their families and their medical practitioners, we put together carefully-considered packages so we know we’re seeing to key care requirements in full. Once care is underway, we conduct regular reviews to ensure we’re meeting those requirements and make we’ll any changes we might need to over the course of the programme, including budgets.

At Custom Care, we support:
