Helping those who need it the most
Join the UK’s largest family of home care businesses as part of our care worker team. For over a decade, we’ve been delivering services to thousands of people who require help the most in communities across the West Midlands and surrounding areas.
Custom Care’s mission is to support clients however it’s required, helping them to live as independently as possible in the homes they’ve probably known and loved for much of their lives. Our care workers are at the forefront of doing so by providing vital day-to-day aid and companionship. Domiciliary care not only helps people to remain living at home, it’s also a more financially viable and personable way to look after those in need. That’s why our care workers play such an important part.
What does it take to be a care worker?
In caring for customers in their own homes, care workers are key to delivering life-changing assistance to elderly, disabled, cognitively-impaired and younger people who may be living with all manner of conditions. To continue delivering the high-quality care services on offer, we’re looking for dedicated, passionate people to join as care workers to keep our customer happy and cared for as best as possible.
Our care workers do what they can to help ensure customers are able to live as much of their regular lives as they can. That will entail assistance around the home such as using the toilet and bathing, cooking light meals, housework, going to the shops, running errands and even help with facilitating social visits with friends and family. Our care workers are companions, too, and sometimes the only friendly face a customer will see during the day, making it such a vital role in the lives of the less fortunate.
All of this goes a long way to making a significant difference to a customer’s quality of life. But, it is often hard work which there’s no hiding from. That’s why we’re on the lookout for passionate, driven and dedicated individuals who’ll get the job done with the utmost care, consideration, kindness and a warm smile while tackling the messy work, too.

- Full training & uniforms provided
