More choice in your home care
As a Custom Care client, we’ll work closely with you to determine your exact care requirements, how long you’d like your care programme to last, what it should entail, along with consult with your doctor and any relevant medical practitioners as to your care going forward. Including you, as the client, at every step of the way means you play a key role in how you care is administered and delivered.
Our primary aim is to help you live as independently as possible. In fact, we encourage it. Our carers will help with everything from light chores around the house to cooking, administrating medicines and even accompanying you to social events and visits to family and friends outside the home.
